2019-2020 BUGC CHEER TRYOUTS Tryouts will be Tuesday May 21st, Wednesday May 22nd, and Thursday May 23rd. Tuesday and Wednesday will be 3-4:30 and Thursday will be 3-5. Tryouts will take place at BUGC. Liberty students will ride the bus over. Tryouts are for CURRENT 5th, 6th and 7th graders. We are a competitive squad so we are looking for athletes who will be committed to all the preparation and hard work that goes into competing. We will focus on sharp moves, loud voices, tumbling and jumps. We will also take into consideration positions for stunts during tryouts. We will have summer practices and highly encourage our cheerleaders to join a tumbling class to improve their skills. In order to tryout, you MUST do the following three things: Have an updated physical turned into the school office. THIS PHYSICAL MUST HAVE BEEN WITHIN THE LAST YEAR! Have a school insurance waiver signed by your parents and turned into the school office. Due to the weather Bourbonnais Upper Grade Center has decided to postpone the Spring Games that were originally scheduled for May 3rd. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are rescheduling the Spring Games to our first rain date of Friday, May 10th. Please be advised that if the weather does not cooperate on that date we will reschedule for the second rain date of May 17th.
