Procedures for chaperones and their student(s):
The procedure for drop off is:
1. Parents will park at Liberty and then bring in all luggage to their table in the MPR as discussed in the chaperone meeting. (tables will be marked with the homeroom teacher)
2. Parents will bring their cars to the bus garage and will be shuttled back to Liberty. The bus garage is located southeast of the building. You can access the road to the bus garage by using the gravel road on the east side of the parking lot. Then travel south to the bus garage. Please park along the north side of the lot or the far east side of the lot.
The procedure for pick up is:
1. Buses are due to return at 2pm. Buses will go directly to the bus garage where students and chaperones will be dropped off and can leave from there.
Procedures for parents that are just dropping off and picking up their child who are attending Camp T:
1. Students are to have everything they need for camp. (Don't forget a sack lunch for when you arrive to camp on day 1)
2. Students will be bused to camp and are expected to return by 2pm. Updates will be made on Facebook, the web page, and through the BESD 53 app detailing the return time back at the bus garage.
3. Pick up for students will be at the bus garage and parents may leave from the bus garage to go home. It is not necessary to come back to Liberty.
