Experts from Within BESD53 conference

Teachers spent their first day back from Winter Break learning from each other at the Districts Experts from Within BESD53 conference. Sessions included CPR and First Aid refresher, Morning Meeting Magic, Yoga, A Student Led Approach to Learning, Addressing Fine Motor Skills in the Classroom, Beginner Ukulele, ESL Strategies for Gen Ed Teachers, and more. It was a great start to the second half of the school year. Teachers are looking forward to bringing these new ideas to their classrooms.
