WHY STANDARDS BASED REPORTING?
The primary purpose of this new system is to accurately report the current level of learning for each child. This level of learning is reported in relation to specific standards for each subject or course. Over time we will be adding more information about the specific standards for each subject, as well as other resources such as informational articles to help you to fully understand the system and its purpose. Please let us know if you cannot find what you are looking for, so we can add it to the site.
WORK HABIT CHANGES
Starting on January 11, 2016 at the beginning of the second semester, we are making some modifications to our Work Habits Rubrics. We have added the updated versions for all grade levels in the work habits section in the right column. Additionally, the letter linked below will be emailed to all parents the week of January 4, 2016.

ELIGIBILITY
Through our Eligibility Committee we have been working on updating our School Board Policy to make sure that it is consistent with our grading philosophy, while also abiding by IESA requirements. We now have this new policy in place which you can find to the right. This new policy takes both academic achievement and work habits into account when determining eligibility.
