7th & 8th Return of Locker Contents:
PLEASE DO NOT EXIT YOUR CARS. Simply drive through the circle drive.
It is our goal to make this process as efficient as possible. However, we do expect the exchange to be a bit cumbersome. Please be patient with us. This is the first (and hopefully the last) time we have ever ended school in this fashion.
The Upper Grade Center would to express that we did not take liberties in deciding what portion of your child’s locker contents were valuable or not. Therefore, EVERYTHING that was in the locker was placed in the bag.
Locker contents will be placed in bags with students' names on the bags.
7th Grade parents can drive thru to pick up locker contents on Monday, May 11th from 8am to 4 pm
8th Grade parents can drive thru to pick up locker content on Tuesday, May 12th from 8am to 4pm
7th & 8th Grade Return of School Materials:
Please return all of the following on May 11th and/or 12th:
Textbooks
Classroom books
Library books
Music Uniforms-Placed in a plastic bag with your child's name on it.
Sheet Music
Music Instruments-with your child's name taped to the instrument.
Any other items you may have that belong to the school
These items can be turned in on May 11th and 12th when you come to retrieve locker contents.
PLEASE NOTE: Chromebooks will not be collected on May 11th and 12th.
VIRTUAL PROMOTION:
Several parents have asked about what virtual promotion is and how that will look/work. The virtual promotion is a video produced by Image Group that will essentially be a promotion ceremony without physically being together. This video will be sent to parents and students via email as a link. We will use the students yearbook pictures for the “roll call” of the virtual promotion. Expect the link to be sent in mid to late May.
YEARBOOKS:
Yearbooks are in and will be distributed to those who purchased on May 11th and 12th when families drive thru for materials exchange.
DIPLOMAS:
All diplomas will be distributed on May 18th and May 19th when students return their Chromebooks.
